With more than 15 years of culinary experience in fine dining establishments, including a Michelin-starred restaurant, Chef Daleau is passionate about bringing innovation and serendipity to every dish without compromising on quality or presentation.
Much like Miss Thu, we invite our guests to put their own stamp on the menu.
